What is Dispute Resolution?
Dispute resolution is a term for processes such as mediation, conciliation, arbitration and
conflict coaching. These processes are used to assist people who are in conflict with
others to reach an agreed solution or outcome to their conflict.
The most common processes used by Mediation Assist are mediation, conflict coaching
